Our trusted trade partners bring the same standard of care to every phase of construction. You will always know where your home stands and who to call.
Step 4: A Thorough Final Walkthrough
Before closing, we walk your home together, room by room. Anything we find is recorded on a punch list and addressed to your satisfaction.
Step 5: Welcome Home
You receive a welcome packet that includes your home’s color record, warranty coverage, a contact directory, and a first-year maintenance checklist, so everything about your home is in one place.
Step 6: We Are Here After Closing
Our warranty team returns inquiries within 3 business days, and emergency situations receive a response within 3 hours. Warranty work is completed by the same trade partners who built your home, and we are always honest about what is and is not covered.
