Who owns Coastal Custom Home Building?
Coastal Custom Home Building is Army veteran owned and operated by Wylie Hutchison.
Which organizations are you a member of?
We are members of the Florida Home Builders Association and an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau.

Yes. We build true custom homes that fit your needs and budget, designed to reflect your lifestyle and your taste. We want you to take an active part in creating the perfect home.
I've never built a home before. Will you guide me through it?

Do you build homes on 30A?
Yes. Whether you're relocating, building your second home or planting roots for the long term, every home we build is fully custom, designed around your lifestyle and your vision of what life on the coast should be. Our portfolio includes homes right on County Road 30A.
Can I see homes you've built?
Yes. Our portfolio shows custom homes we have built along the Emerald Coast, and you can browse it by location.
Remodels
Do you take on remodels as well as new builds?
Yes. Whether it's a small-scale project or a whole-home renovation, our remodels are completed with the same quality, communication and attention to detail that define every home we build.
What kinds of remodeling projects do you do?
Kitchens and baths with elevated finishes and custom cabinetry, whole-home renovations that reimagine your space from the studs out, and additions and coastal outdoor living areas.

Where do you build?
We're based in Miramar Beach, FL, and build custom homes along Florida's Emerald Coast. Our portfolio includes homes in Destin, San Destin / Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, SeaGrove Beach, Inlet Beach and Freeport.
